I booked the taxi from Vrindavan to Delhi. The response was prompt, polite and enough professional. Sent vehicle on committed time, sent driver number and taxi number in advance to ensure the booking dedetai are shared. Driver was polite and well dressed.

A very unprofessional and unreliable service. Can not depend as can ditch you anytime. I booked a cab for agra to Delhi drop and after discussion of rates etc i was told the cab will reach at 10.30 am on 21st April as required by me. When I called on 20th to confirm the driver and cab details I was given cab and driver number also. When I called the driver he seemed to be unaware of the trip. That raised suspicion still I trusted and called today morning to the driver and he informed that he is going on some other trip I should speak to Bhupinder ji. When I called Bhupinder he said he will check and get back. After that he did not pick up the phone. I had to reach delhi else I would have missed the train so I rushed with some other option. Needles to say when you take any service in short notice you pay a higher price.
Really have not seen any unprofessional service ever.

Seems all the ratings given are of his friends and family only.

Very bad experience. The driver was very rude and Unprofessional behaviour. Car was also not in good condition.

They have really good service...The driver was polite and on time...Cab was neat n tidy n in good position...

The driver was very rude, all the time was eating tobacoo inside car. Due to which it was very uncomfortable with bad smell.
The condition of vehicle was too bad.

Best taxi service in town. They deliver what they promised...
