ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND AWKWARD SERVICE. It all started well when I booked a taxi to Rameswaram. The attendant gave me a good suggestion to hire a Tavera for 8 persons we are. The cab came a bit late but was prompt. The driver had been filling diesel only for Rs 500/- every time and gave silly reasons for the action. The road was pathetic from Devakottai to Ramnad and hence we insisted a route change while returning via Sivaganga, Thuvarankuruchi and on. The driver refused and suggested the same route we took in the morning. Everything came into picture when the car suddenly stopped near BHEL Thirumayam. The driver told that the engine has got hot because of water clogging. Took some time and then started moving. Just a km ahead the car conked off. It was 01:00 am and we were on the road. 8 of us, 2 senior citizens and 2 college going girls. Everything that happened from the morning flashed before us and we knew why the driver was behaving strange. None to help. The drive called the owner and he said he'll send a couple of cars by that time from Trichy. We were 72kms away and by 01:00am. We were very furious but absolutely helpless. We walked 2 kms to Thirumayam bus stand by that night and took bus to Trichy. Guests of us were humiliated by this irresponsible act of the cab company. Helpless and ashamed, I had to take them home by bus after a pilgrimage. I CANNOT AND WILL NOT FORGET AND FORGIVE THIS STUPID AND IRRESPONSIBLE ACT OF THE CAB COMPANY. Further the owner called me a couple of days later and started shouting like a 3rd rated human. I wanted to solve the issue but he was not ready to listen to the customer's concern. He was lying stating that by the time we left, the cars had actually crossed Pudukottai. I spoke to him and he was point blank lying to me. Long story short, I request you all, NOT to engage Trichy Call Taxi for any of your travel for sure that they'll let you down. PLEASE. I DON'T WANT TO RATE HIM EVEN ONE STAR, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE SYSTEM ALLOWS TO POST ONLY ON CLICKING A STAR BUTTON. MY ACTUAL RATING I S MINUS INFINITY.

Completely I got bad experience due to driver's irresponsible behavior, driver denied the shortest route, he didn't considered customer needs and not obeying. He wants food and tea from customer money even Bata also already given. The company will not ask customer feedback after trip. And I raised complaint against driver but the company didn't not hear anything. Finally I thought why I took car from this company? the tour must be enjoyable but due to driver's arrogant behavior, not enjoyable but money is ours

I contacted Mr.Raju for my official trip to a particular place in trichy at 5am on Saturday for 12hrs package. The same was arranged, driver was on time, car was good than I expected and safe to travel and journey was fine. We can trust their services. They were reliable and good. Even after completing my trip, they sent me mail of the bill copy since I requested. Keep going team!

We can get taxi immediately but need to improve the car maintenance
