The worst travels ever. They will only take money and they won't provide good service at all. You will get a 1 star hotel to stay and some local vehicle where they won't even communicate properly. Don't give full amount initially itself even if you are traveling. These people are just scammers.

The taxi service was very good; polite and prompt. Overall, we recommend this service for going around Kanyakumari area.

We were in Kanyakumari last week with family (6 Sr. Citizens, 5 adults & 1 kid). We hired their service for round trip to Tirchendur from Kanyakumari on 10th July and Drop to Trivendurm on 11th July, we hired a AC vehicle and the agreed at Rs 11,500.
On 10th July: - Though the vehicle came on time (8am) it was not in good condition, the moment AC was switched on water started dropping from the panel above the driving seat, could not close most of the windows and made huge noise on the move, the TT made all sorts of noise on the go - Driver was could not drive beyond 50-60 kms speed even on a good road - I had let the driver know (in my broken tamil) to stop for a good veg breakfast restaurant, he went to a Non-Veg restaurant on the highway and said "for breakfast it will be veg only", when we refused to go there he took us to some dirty restaurant on the way, we had to eat there without any option
In the meantime, I spoke to Vijay and state my problem about AC, with a lot of audacity he mentioned that there is no other option so suggest to switch off the AC, I also informed him that we don't need your service for tomorrow.
We completed the darshan and came back to vehicle around 2pm, he asked us to have it close to the temple, it was too crowded and our Sr. citizens were tired to walk any further so i asked him to stop elsewhere, he came to the city exit and said that there there aren't any restaurants and you should have had it near the temple, we had no other option to wait until we reached Kanyakumari and had our lunch at 5:30pm.
While making the payment, I deducted Rs 500 and paid him Rs Rs 5.5k to the drive, later Vijay called asking for the remaining Rs500, I stated all problem that hapnd and said we are extremely dissatisfied with the service and did not use ac also so have deducted Rs 500, so Vijay threatened us that he will get people and come near our room to stop a vehicle if we dont pay 500.
DO NOT SUGGEST TO USE THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

Booked one tour with this firm. They will send very old cars which will break down on the way and spoil your tour. Got the baggage carrier btoken during my travel and all my bags damaged.Total unprofessional. You can book and spoil your complete travel.
