First impression is last impression. This taxi service owner was the one who called after seeing my call on his list. I had tried 5 taxi services and all were either engaged or not picked up. This is the only taxi service owner who called back. *Positive*
I asked for polite, non smoker and non drinking driver and of course, known to the area. They responded very well to this as they would provide best driver. As soon as I confirmed they provided driver no. No advance demand or anything. *Positive.*
Their car is very good condition, ac is working well, driver is very nice. Knows English a bit and can communicate in English. Hindi is not comfortable for south indian region people so don't expect fluency in Hindi.
Why 1 star is less
Before trip, make your plan very clear to taxi service owner. Or else you will waste your time in demanding to cover places you want to see. We had spare time so thought to cover pachivararm forest. But they denied first with lots of reasons, like, not in plan, road is not good, car is new so can't go to that road. But after so much arguments, the owner agreed to take us to that place. Later we didn't go there, thinking from his side, as Pongal was there, traffic would be there, if anything goes wrong, he can blame, like he had already warned us, etc. And full day drive to driver also not good. Be some kind to drivers. Our mistake -we didn't plan that place earlier. Their side - when customer is giving money for extra km, taxi owner should cover any places. In Gujarat, we do not argue like that, if customer wants to visit at his extra cost, we take him without any argument. No unnecessary reasoning to deny, like heavy traffic would be there, no good road.
But, yes, driver covered so many extra places enroute and make us happy with the experience. Restaurants and shops he suggested was really nice. He had good knowledge of the area.
Rest all Very fine service. No complaints. A perfect experience. You can surely select the service without any hesitation. Just make your plan clear to avoid any enroute unnecessary arguments.

Five day drive with driver Krupsami was enjoyed by us to the fullest. He covered many places and satisfied our queries and cared for our comfort.
