Fast Track Call Taxi

🚨I've booked a cab on Saturday(12.11.2022). I've already told them, we have an elder person to accompany in the ride. On that day, It's been raining on and off all day. My overriding concern is that, they have sent a clunky car for the ride. My parent got drenched while sitting in the car because of the poor car condition, and my mom also got sick because of that. I've raised a compliant reg this and still they were not responding to my issue😡😡😡. I have wasted money for the ride. I request a refund of atleast Rs.300, and they are trying to ignore my calls now. If I didn't get proper resolution to my issue, I will take a legal action.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I highly recommend not to choose their service. Pathetic support!

Very very good experience. Well experienced drivers, they speak very politely and suggest places to visit as well. Good choice for transportation to nearby places. Base fare is 100,addl km is 20Rs. And waiting charge is also applicable.. The service is available 24x7 so Night time charges will be extra..

We booked the cab while we were coming back from Coimbatore and the fast track driver(Id no 6668) was very prompt in picking up and made our journey to our home from guru theatre signal very comfortable. The service was very excellent👍👍👍

Amazing service. Booked a 2 day family trip to Rameshwaram and kanyakumari, start and end in Madurai. Was provided with a proper professional driver Mr. Ayyanar kumar. Very humble, helping and always punctual. No issues for the entire trip and even assisted as a guide at some places.
We couldn't understand Tamil and he could only understand and speak some english, but we got along nicely.

Will recommend their service to everyone who comes to Madurai for travelling anywhere in Tamil Nadu.

After COVIT 19 service is very worst because Fastrack STAFFS or all new employee so he cannot how to speak with customer if I book sir give me 40 minutes time for booking how can it possible I want to attend the program on time so I cannot wait for 40 minute then they will ask pick up place DROP PLACE AC NON AC pick up time 3 or 4 times if I want to book any local or outstation trip I want to spend 10 minute for each booking so kindly I request with your owner please don't use any junior workers don't send any experience staffs you must improve more try to get 5 stars
