Nice stadium , people are actively taking part in sports but the other facilities should be upgraded

Very old stadium in Gondia city but some modifications are required.

Indira Gandhi stadium is the oldest stadium in the district . Contains many halls for types of sport like badminton , karate , etc. The stadium need more maintainence than now . The karate hall is good , but the badminton hall is the most worst . No cleanliness at all ! The mosquitoes are always there to annoy us , walls are worst , no proper lights. (jidhar udhar makdi ke jale faile hue hai ) and the main problem the mat is destroyed . It comes under the responsibility of municipality . They have to take care of it because its the only government badminton hall in gondia , others are private . They also taken the krida sankul badminton hall for covid centre , which was no need at all . Please take care of all the sports in the district . Don't just concentrate on a single one , as a badminton player the mats and the lights are not practical at all . We can't play properly . . And an also problem with the stadium is that it have a toilet but can't go in the toilet . It's soo dirty that you cannot do anything there . The washrooms also need some deep cleaning . Overall , the stadium is good but the badminton hall needs mai maintainence.

Nice stadium for playing so many games like cricket football badminton etc

Its vwry big and spacious place , as i have seen this stadihm from last 20years many of big functions and very important gathering were done in this place . Lot of politiciens were been there for promotion , this will also big benificial for local gondia kids to play and have events in stadium . Now a days this place is use by vagitable market due to socail distance noms .
Alover its an nice and well maintained stadium with under big lights😊

Best place in gondia for playing outdoor games like cricket and others.
