Davangere benne dosa hotel

Fake Davanagere dosa. It is more like Bangalore style dosa very thin without taste. Authentic Davanagere dosa is a thick dosa with colorless potato palya and special chutney made with clove and other spices. But this one has paper thin dosa, normal yellow palya and normal chutney. Totally disappointed.

Not at all tasty and people who work or ower seems they don't have interest in the business....A small quantity of butter was added and you look in picture they gave fully roasted can't eat bit also they know it was roasted...😖at last it's a Waste of money

Oh Man! What a dossa! I have eaten at many dossa points, what this point provides best dosaa with so simplicity. First look, you will say what a fluffy sa dosa, i can't eat it, but the moment you will take the first bite, you will fall in love with that❤️❤️ must try

Tried Benne Dose, Masala Dose and Onion Dose all were really tasty. Right proportional masala used. For cooking they use traditional wood burning method which looks special as well. Price for each variety of dose is also ok.

Cannot compare with authentic Benne Dosa which we get @ Davangere.
Even for butter Dosa they use oil which is not done at Davangere.

Trust this is not at all the authentic Davangere Benne Dosa. It's waste. The alu palya is totally different and Dosa is not crispy and taste not like benne dosa. On top the rates are high....maybe they paid high shop rent and high wages to Cooke. Better go to other shops

Open seating area. Tiny inside sitting place is available but very congested and not airy. Benne masala dosa and churmuri oggarane highly recommended food options. Food is tasty and lip smacking. Just beside this eatery there is one tea/coffee stall run by a single lady. Please do visit though beverage taste is just okay but to help such a hard working soul I recommended it.

Size of Dosa should have been little more bigger. Good taste and quality 😋
