it was good but the dealing was moderate more empthy should be emphasised towards client

I had a worst experience, They don't care about customer time and money. Even they are having an attitude like Sir lena ho to lo nahi to rehne do.
I have purchased two articles wherein one article price was mentioned less on the tag but they have charged more than the displayed. when i requested them to change the same price what is displayed. they said sir price is increased but we have not changed the displayed price due to which i had to pay more. salesman attitude was like sir lena ho to lo nahi to rehne do.

Worst experience i ever had. I am from Canada and came to buy number of shoes as asked by my friends but ended up buying only 5 pairs.The helper was specifically helping only 1 customer as he knew her and was saying that he will deliver at her house. I asked help for so many times and he was so rude and said i am busy. The shop owner said the company is not providing us staff so we cant do anything. Pathetic customer service.It was not only me but other customers had same complaint.will never visit there again. Total unprofessional
