Bata

Out side the showroom 50% discount was written but only few surplus items on a table was set under discount. .it is only to attract people by discount ..actually no discount was there. Even no carry bag (not plastic )paper made was free with shopping. Staff is gud variety is not available. Bata is known for gud quality but now bata is dealing in artificial leather items also. I think money to spend on either on your choice or on durability. So make mind before entering the show room what you wish to buy.

Ladies variety less
We want sport shoes comfortable but front open style
I face some fungus problem if I use covered shoes
Pls help if you can
Provide peep toe style in sports shoes pls

Staff is not interested in showing variety.I asked a shoe in my size.Staff person said that it is not available at all.we asked him to recheck but he was reluctant..then I went to 1st floor,which he didn't want me to go and guess what ... Right, I found my size shoe hanging there..

Affordable footwears last longer than the other company's footwear. Value for money

Not much variety and size of shoes not available max time out of stovk

When we went to exchange shoe the staff and even the owner were not polite .Also we had the reciept for the shoes but they told us they would not exchange it if we did not give them otp and ( we did not had our phone) so it was a chaos . This is not acceptable at all I suggest please think before going to such place .

No new variety.... Old stock..there was nothing like 50% ... discount....it was only few old dirty footwear which includes 50%...

A very well located and reasonably stocked store. It's a pity that articles like high heels for ladies are not available inspite of the posh locality of the store.
The staff is very helpful and courteous.
