Red Tape

Its been more than 2months that we have been asking for the stock of jeans and shoes. Everytime i call or visit, they tell us to wait for another week. Gave my phone number for an update in stock but its been long enough.

The new showroom of Redtape in Phase 5 Mohali is like a fish market. Sales staff is very careless and they do not have any knowledge about the product. They don't even care about what the customer is asking. We bought shoes today and while trying the sales girls told us 1800 price while on the billing counter we got to know the price is just 1100. Everyone is so very rude and no management of stuff. Also, they did not provide us bill. When leaving, the guy on door asked for it and we had to rush back to billing counter to get it. The satff showed no courtesy and said here is your bill. Do u think customers have more time that you? Why u didn't handover the bill the first time. U guys could have come behind us to the exit door to give it to us. But unko lga acha hai apne app vapas ayege aur le jayege.

Their sales people not even wear a dress or id card so we were confused who is from the sales staff and who id customer.

Poor experience, I purchased a sweatshirt and found a stitching issue near the neck when I first time wore it. I went to the showroom and shown them the issue while it was not even washed yet as it was first wear. They said isko wash kr lo thik ho jayega. I said ki agar change krna hai to kr do fir wash ke bad ap change nahi krenge. And it did not fixed even after a wash. Bad after sale experience.

Good team member and they are very good in behavior. There is only issue I.e. collection due to small store not much carpate area to display but as he told they are going to open open one more store in 5 phase mohali. Hope there will be more collection. RedTape is one of the first Indian footwear brands to be available in the leading and discerning global markets of UK. Since then, RedTape’s footprint has moved onwards and upwards.
