Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant

I'm from Kerala,This is one of my favourite restaurant in tamilnadu. And this restaurant is located very near by karur bus stand.This is one of the fine dining to enjoy typical tamilnadu briyani and foods. We spent almost 1.5 hour there and taste is really good.This is a good place for biriyani, fried rice & other non veg dishes. Nice family dining area with great service. Had been here several times.Wow foods.. Real taste of south and north Indian dishes. Really delicious. You can get as per your required preparation too. Soo good... Price bit heavy. But worth of service.

We had lunch today at karur thalapakatty restaurent. The taste of biriyani was excellent. We went with our family of 10 person. The service was worst. They gave only four plates to us and told there is no further plates. So we ate the food with served plated and pot. In our lifetime we did't experienced such a worst service. There were 6 AC but nothing was working, it was just a showcase piece to inform public that this restaurent is airconditioned. The highlight is for the entire restaurent only two person was taking order. I wonder why Thalappakatti restaurent is so stingy in appointing labour to do the service.

Went for dinner... Around 7.40pm
Limited menu..
Even briyani also not there...
Only fried rice, noodles, chapathi Paratha...and very few starters...
Tried Paratha with gravy ...
Gravy below average taste... Must improve....
Grilled chicken 🐓 was good..

Chicken biryani taste yummy🤤. Over caring service totally good 👍

The Food was goood But the Waiters working there forces the customer to post 5 stars about there service!The ratings are totally upon the customers willingness but they re forcing!!
At last we brought sprite and took car for a long distance while consuming it we noticed it was expired!!

Very very very worst service !

Went for dinner at this restaurant with my relatives, the waiter took the order and served the food after half an hour. Not even keep the tumbler and water to drink.

After some time we came to know that only one waiter is taking care of this whole restaurant.
Even though there was no crowd, this fellow guy couldn't take care of us.

Please improve the service. Im sure we will never come back to this restaurant.

Dindigul Thalappakatti is one of my favorite restaurant. Everyone must go there and eat the dindigul speacial biriyani. I ate it from tamilnadu. But a branch is started on thiruvanathapuram at thambanoor. The service is very slow and there is not enough place to park vehicle.

The food was very good. But it took almost 30 minutes for them to take the order. The service is very slow. If you go to this place, please be ready to wait. Biryani was very nice. Food is 5 stars but service is 1 star
