We could see the servers were highly busy and we were calling one by one, finally a Hindi guy came and asked for an order. We'd ordered mutton biryani and prawn fry but she said the briyani was over and only egg briyani and kushka are available. He didn't know Tamil or English 😖.
Finally he said the very few items were available and then we'd ordered Mandi briyani and mutton sukka. He took the order and went away. It was 2.45 pm.
We were waiting there for 20 more minutes till 3.05 pm, then I'd called the same Hindi guy and asked why there was no response. Then he asked 'me' where's the mutton sukka. That made me highly frustrated. We were ideally standing and sitting for about 40+ minutes without any response but he replied in a cool manner that *Mandi briyani was also not available* and the top of it was he asked the customer (me) where's the 'mutton sukka'. It took 20 mins for that man to reply to me that mutton briyani, chicken briyani, egg briyani, kuska, Mandi briyani were not available. It was like 'Am I a joke to you?'
I went and spoke to the person who was noticing names for the tables. I had made a complaint to him that I needed to talk to the Manager but he told me that the manager's kid met with some accident so he went out and there was nobody to complain about the situation. Then he arranged mixed fried rice and mutton sukka within a few minutes. We had it and went to the counter with the bill and shared everything that happened there to both the people at the counter, one among them was wearing white shirt and apologized twice.
Posting this here only to take care of these incidents and rectify the mistakes because the good will of the shop is formed only by their staff. The shop owner can't take the responsibility at all the times but the manager and the staff must think well before committing these mistakes.
Actually we went there with a plan of making a vlog about the restaurant but we were extremely disappointed with the service we'd received. We didn't make this poor experience as a video only because to not to spoil the good will of the shop.
