Excellent place to stay..I went with my family (12 members) host Mr.vishal is very cooperative person...service is also good...staff is very supportive ...we stayed for 3 nights. It was very nice experience with this hotel...please confirm your booking direct with hotel before visit through online booking..otherwise its Excellent..

My daughter went on a trip with her school and she told that she did not enjoy this hotel and the food was uncooked due to which she also got stomach ache.I'll surely not recommend this hotel to anyone. and Instead of accepting your mistake, don't blame the children and the matter is about eating outside, my daughter did not eat anything outside but still she got stomach ache. what about cleanliness? *improve your management and behaviour 😊 that would be better for your hotel.*

It was a worst experience staying in silve tree hotel. Very smelling and dirty room. Food was of very worst kind, even we all threw it. Whenever asked for house keeping, they refused. The agent ( pleasure india) they duped us. The agent charged a hafty amount and did not take us to visit different places of nainital kindly never stay in this hotel and believe on the agent

I had a very bad experience.whatever was assured on the call wasn't the same in reality. The pictures as well as cleanliness shown on YouTube or on any other sites are not same in reality. Whenever we have asked for any of the room service, they have denied even though in cruciality .

The staff and Honour, so humble and cooperative. Location of this property is very peaceful. Food was delicious. The day to day activities were nice. I would strongly recommend this property.🤗

I really want you to open your mouth and show the world how cheap mentality you have, what do you mean by 4 girls and 15 boys... And what we ware doin... This is reflect that you don't have respect for your guest.... And there is no personal judges I only spoke about professionalism not character assassination what you did, this show your personality and character also, this is you not we are! Now this is the wow factor that the owner become pados wali anti she is putting allegation on girls and the boys that they are not good we only talk about professionalism like no welcome no water no water in the room also we had aloo Pani sabzi this is how the treat us and I really wonder about people and I really want to give a 2 minutes mone and slow clap for the people who giving them fake five star rating... 😂😂
