I was on a trip with my friends to Pauri for the first time. This hotel is one of the best in terms of location. The hotel and surrounded by huge mountains and a scenic view. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very neat and clean.Staff and Manager Sandeep was very courteous. Breakfast and the food was great too, esp the Poori Aloo Sabzi and Mutton Curry. Overall a satisfying experience.

My Journey Date was 14th to 16th August.

Breath Taking location & A Very good property. That's all on the pros
Now the cons:
1. Badly maintained.
2. Bad staff. I have found them fighting with different families atleast thrice in two days.
3. No room service
4. Parking shortage
5. Bad bad bad food and very expensive. I felt robbed

Very good location, far from madding crowd. Rooms are small for families with kids. Excellent service. Mr.Pradip is an excellent human being. Food is excellent. We will definitely recommend to others.

The resort is perfectly placed for nature lovers. The staff needs to be better trained and know how to speak with Guests. The connectivity is an issue and for the price you pay you would love to have WiFi and atleast a TV in the rooms. Stayed with a large group so wasn't an issue for me but solo travellers may find it boring once the sun sets.

This is not a V resort chain anymore. This is now privately owned by the name of Mumukshu, but different sites name it differently. Some say v resort, some say v resort Mumukshu and so on. Though the staff is helpful, and the cook prepared some nice dishes, basic amenities are lacking. Serene nature is the only plus point.

Beautiful location..the view is stellar..must add that the food is pretty good too. The chef cooked chicken curry and it was yum!

It's a quiet place, a tranquil place. The set of snow peaks lining up on que would put Mountain-top trekking huts to shame. The cottages are solid, basic ones. The service is no-frills, warm, and home-stayish.

There is no proper parking space available.
Management is handled by some unprofessional guys.
No proper staff to help you while having buffet.

Views are great but rooms are very small and there is no TV.
Also they do not have brand water bottle.
