It was extremely spacious and relaxing. The ambiance is so amazing!! It is connected to the lake and the view from garden terrace is also amazing (good idea btw) and Housekeeping- 5 stars!!! Employees are extremely polite and friendly. The food was not so good, this can be improved. Would love to visit again .

One of the best Club Mahindra resorts. Rooms are awesome. Artistic and royal-type furniture, and tastefully done up rooms. Nice window-side seating arrangement in the rooms. Service is very prompt and staff very polite and helpful. Ideally located near the Naukuchiatal Lake.

The property has a very narrow entrance gate - through which a regular bus can barely make it. The rooms have big windows and small curtains. No matter how you try, the curtains will allow the sunlight to come in from all sides. Impossible to sleep. Reception staff call the rooms at odd hours to promote their activity. We were called at 230 pm to ask if we wanted lunch and again at 800 am to ask if we wanted to go paragliding. No respect for privacy

It was a good experience and a decent stay but not one of the best club mahindras. My family went to the Corbett and Binsar Valley resorts before coming to Naukuchiatal, so the standards were different in those places compared to here. The service is good and the hotel itself is neat but needs a little bit more renovation. The view from the rooms are pretty good though. Also, there is no WiFi connection in rooms but only in the lobby and activity centre. The current kept going and coming more than 10 times in our less than 24 hours stay. Overall a good stay but a little underwhelming.

We were a group of 5 couples and had lunch here. The meals were well presented and awesome. The service was good and the staff was well behaved. Overall a good experience.

Having a jetty giving acces to Naukuchiyatal for kayaking with that beautiful reflection in water is the only USP of resort. Other wise unlike other CMH resorts this resort is poor in service and dark as well as gloomy. G+2 storied without any elevator and stairs are with poorly finished with trip hazard. Cooridors have smell and as ventilation is not in place they stink too. Fun zone is again commercialised these days with no efforts to offer free activities. STU units are without dry Kitchen.

A small resort of club Mahindra situated in naukuchiyatal. The staff very cooperative and helped us with late night 11:30 on Check in . Rooms are small and cosy with basic amnesties like toilet and kettle to make tea and coffee . So please outdoor activities also available and the weather is good here which further makes the stay pleasant
