The hotel is big and scenic. But if you have relaxation and comfort in mind, it is the last option to take..

To reach hotel from Mall Road there is a single lane road on hill, one can imagine the nightmare if another car coming from opposite direction.

The hotel lifts will only leave you to a particular point after which you have to walk on steps and stairs to reach your rooms. Definitely not to take your kids and parents to as they will get tired and exhausted. Not just you but your food, amenities etc will also take ages to come.

Mussoorie is all across scenic, so don’t pay for this hotel as besides location it is zero on all other points.

Planned a trip with family and kids, and stayed in Premier room.
It has mountain view.
Property is in good condition.
Ample activities for kids to keep them engaged.
Buffet and Al carte was great.
Though balcony is bit small to enjoy the view.
Also the kids park isn't maintained properly.

Sterling Resorts, Mussoorie is an excellent vacation spot. Although the location is a bit interior (2.2km from city centre) and road is narrow, the view from the resort is breath taking. The resort is well maintained & the staff are polite and courteous. The rooms are nice and spacious. Housekeeping staff are prompt in their service. The restaurant has decent options in both A la carte and Buffet varieties. Food is good and reasonably priced. The other small drawback is there is a lot of climbing and getting down to do to get to the room. On the positive side, its good exercise. Overall a very good experience.

It's one of the most beautiful hotels in the peak of Mussoorie. Very good accommodation, good food and outstanding service. The view of mountains, clouds and the city at the bottom looks heavenly from the room. It offers you gym, indoor and outdoor games, kids game and spa additionally.

Property is approx. 2 kms away from Mall road.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
View from our room was beautiful.
We also had full body spa. Experience was relaxing.
Food served was tasty.
Food quantity is sufficient.
Property has many adventure sports also.. on additional charges..
Sterling members get special discounts.

I am rating this 1 star just because of the fact that I had a few hours of stay and out of that they took away 4-5h to sell a policy which I didn't want because I am not that rich. And we were there on our 1st anniversary and more significantly the time which they took was from dusk to evening, which is a prime time to enjoy the views and scenery.

Apart from this fact I am rating everything else as either 4 or 5. The location is also amazing. Their hospitality is top notch. Their services are also the best. I enjoyed the other hours (except the ones which they took) to the fullest. The candle light dinner was also good.

The policy which they were selling was also good but I am not rich and they wasted both our and their times regardless of the fact that we were there on our anniversary.

This is more of feedback.
First of all, kindly provide non member people with good rooms and services and pick and drop cab facility. Everything there was chargeable where as in other hotels it's complimentary.
Further,there were no medical facilities.No medicine was available which is always and should be mandatory post COVID for sure.
sterling needs to improve a lot in context to services seeing the competition.
kindly stop pitching membership to people as if the services is good ,people will run to take the membership themselves.

It's a 4 star for me as I couldn't explore all the available facilities and options in the premise. The rooms were excellent with all the amenities (could do with more charging points in the rooms) superb breath taking view from their dining and reception area. Lot of activities available on premise for every family and corporate outings. There is always a next time for a 5 star rating
