The Tattva - A Boutique Resort

Excellent Staff with amazing food in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and well equipped with things that you would need to keep yourself warm. Special thanks to Mr. Madhav who helped to coordinate our visit to Hemkund Sahib.

We stayed here from 29th November to December 1.we had a pleasant stay here.The deluxe premium room was cosy and comfortable ,well maintained neat and appealing .House keeping is also good.
The in-house restaurant is good.
most important ..the staff here is very friendly.

We were two ladies On a trip to Auli and the front desk guided us with the various tourist places that can be covered in and around Joshimath.
It is located near to the market ,so location wise it’s good.

Overall I give them 5 star rating for making our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

I recently stayed at the Tattva resort during my visit to Auli. It was a pleasant stay in there. I trusted them with a task to organise my anniversary celebrations and I must admit that they exceeded in organising that. Staff there is very well spoken, helpful and courteous. Food was very delicious and rooms were clean.
Couple of drawbacks or things on which team can work on:
1) You guys should make some arrangements for drivers, they'll inturn help you in getting more customers by recommending your resort. At least you guys could have provided a blanket to them in such a cold weather.
2) Little over priced

Apart from these two suggestions, you guys are awesome!

Its been a really good experience. They offer very good customer service. Food is yummy, restaurant looks beautiful. Rooms are cozy and well maintained.

Ambience is excellent. There are long dining halls with music
2. Food quality has surpassed expectations. The menu is quite large and there are a lot to choose from.

Awesome experience. Staff is well trained and very helpful & polite. Rooms are also clean and the best thing is they have a music and dj theme at night which makes the ambience more enjoyable.

A very bad stay experience.

Firstly the rooms were too small for the price paid .The bathroom was choked and even lights went out alot.

Even the geyser was not working.We were told that it gives 30 liters of hot water at once but just after like 4-5 liters water stopped coming and I had to take a cold water bath.

The food was all mixed up,the vegetarion food was mixed wil non-vegetarian food.The food was not even labelled at the dining room.

Extra bed was also not provided after calling many times.

Not recommended. Service was very slow. Stayed on 16th dec. We checked in after 4pm but still there were no bath towel in room and we call for the same it was delivered after 1hrs after calling room service atleast 2-3times. Electricity was not working properly, after checkin 4-5 times it must have gone. kettle was not cleaned , provided with another kettle after complaining 3 times to room service. For hot water we have to wait for 20min before we can use it. Hot water service got discontinued in middle of bathing had to bath with cold water. Horrible experience. Weather is around 5-9 celcius and u still not provide continues hot water on tap. Stayed in blue poppy,it was much better than this. I had chosen this hotel due to its good ratings but after experiencing, I will not recommend this one..u better go and stay in blue poppy Better n quick service.
