Opulence Anandam

This is a great place where you can make yourself comfortable and relaxed. The location is nice and near to Laxman Jhula. Nice river view from hotel rooms and cafeteria. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and well maintained, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advise. We were six people including three kids and some luggage, booked two rooms. The breakfast was complimentary and food quality was exceptionally good. Enough space for Cab parking.

This is quite an average hotel. Though location is good. Rooms are not maintained. No proper arrangements for towel and toiletries. Though staff is nice and will treat you politely. Rooms do not have any view. If you are getting this hotel under ₹1500 for 2 person then this place can be considered.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I reached there for check-in at 9:30 PM & they denied the check-in. They asked to pay Rs.850/- extra (my booking was prepaid) They were blackmailing us as we did not have much option to get another hotel at night. All thank to Goibibo because they help us to check in by availing refund for extra money charged by such stupid Hotel.
Their room is terrible. Conpletely dirty room, full of moisture & smoke.
Bedsheet was smelling bad & walls are full of bugs. Since there is bar too in this hotel, so whole night drinkers made noise & talked in abusing laguage with eachother. It was serious unsafe for me & my wife for staying there.
Seriously guys, dont go for images uploaded by property. I have attatched the images of Dirty & broken Toilet, dirty walls, poor furniture, broken wall too.
Invoice copy of extra charges by hotel is attached too. Every image has its own time stamp.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, please do not book your rooms in this hotel, because now the hotel staff are become greedy they do not want to serve their customers. They only want money. I have booked rooms many times in this hotel and every time they generally takes 500 rupees as entry fee in their BYOB, but this time they directly said 1500 rupees and in this they said they will give us only one water bottle.....joke of the year...do not book this hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect, but it need maintenance. Tv doesn't work, though we didn't really need it but it's an amenity. Hot water tap was broken. USP of this place is the dining area and a Club/pub.

The hotel has a really nice ambience and service. The staff members are co-operative. Also, the food and other facilities were also nice. The food taste could have been even better rest all is fine. You can definitely consider this hotel for your stay at rishikesh as it is easily accessible from the major sight seeing locations of rishikesh. They also have a disco and a small library near the restaurant at the top with a viewview which is beautiful.

The stay was really cosy. Service is also good. The view from hotel is awesome. We can see Ram Jhula and its beautiful🤩🤩🤩😍. Overall best exp, would recommend for comfortable and good stay.

Location was good, as compare to that areas hotels in this one you will the parking facility in it.
Food was really pathetic, the restaurant was totally unhygienic and thar room also in many areas you can also see and smell the dampness. washroom was totally dirty and really smelly . the staff was really unmannered even the owner also.
