Club Mahindra Jaisalmer

Far from city. Staff smiling,soft spoken, and helpful. Only issue we faced was" frogs" loitering on veranda and some time enter the rooms. I was informed by resort management. This happened due to un expected monsoon. Daily they catch bucket full and leave them long away. They deputed staff to catch.
Restaurant serves wide range of choice multi cuisine. Tastier and clean ambience. Good hygiene maintained.

We were 3 friends & booked 1 rooms here stayed for 4 nights during our Rajasthan trip. Property is cool & trying to give a royal feel. As it is far from main city 12-14km.You won't find any market, restaurants, stores nearby. You will have to travel all the way to the city in case of any emergency. Food quality is good but bit expensive. Overall a good place to relax. Lot recreational activities available for kids & adults e.g. Pool, chess, carrom etc.
Staff is very friendly, humble and courteous. The property is truly awesome. Greenery is maintained very well. If you are coming with family it is best place to relax Peaceful stay !

I have been on holiday for 4 days along with my family and friends (11 members group) except hot 🔥 in the day time everything is fine and we enjoyed a lot but Desert Safari is not worth to spend time. Overall staying at Club Mahindra Jaisalmer is fantastic, food & services are very much satisfied to all of our group members.

Being a club mahindra property it is really well maintained. Lot of greenery around the campus and amazing service. Food is excellent and rooms are really well maintained. The staff is really courteous and travel desk will help you arrange city tour as well as local sight seeing. If you are a member, do try the 'Dinner over dunes' activity arranged by the tieup resort to experience amazing dinner in middle of desert under starry sky. Overall great experience.

Room service is so fast. We had four day stay had all day breakfast and dinner, food was yummy but needs more variety in breakfast. Dinner was completely fabulous. Dessert k to ky kehne.... evening activities were fun. We enjoyed our vacation. Thank you.

Completely outside the city near airport, no restaurants nothing near it, the road leading to it is dark and deserted and food is highly overpriced. Service is not upto the mark, you have to call 4-5 times for a simple thing(room service) buffet breakfast menu is okish. I wish we had booked another hotel near the fort.

The road to the resort is just a track. The signage on road leading to the resort are not placed at proper distance. One may miss the dirt road esp. during night

The ramp for carrying luggage to reception is missing, and carrying heavy luggage is difficult

Food is of good quality and variety 👌.

Staff is helpful and courteous

Rooms are above average.

Ambience is good

Cultural program before dinner is a big plus

Overall will recommend the stay .

Excellent property… warm vibes… the hotel staff is very accommodative…
Try to get a room on the ground floor closer to the boundary walls as we could see peacocks right from our window
Property is very close to the airport and make sure you don’t reach early as there are no shops or refreshment in Jaisalmer airport
Try their chicken tikka - it was awesome however pizza needs to improve drastically
