Ranthambhore Heritage Haveli

Stayed there for 2 nights.

Worst thing first -

1. They changed the verbally agreed tariff and we had no option but to pay the increased price which spoilt the mood while checking out.
2. Inexperienced front office / reception staff.

Good things -
1. Clean and big rooms and washrooms.
2. Very tasty food.
3. Excellent cooperative staff at the restaurant/house keeping etc.
4. Nice clean pool.

Experience would have been much better, if the reception was more professional and had not overcharged.

The property is well maintained & has good service too.

Have been visiting Ranthambore Heritage Haveli for close to 2 years now, as the base for our safari experiences in Ranthambore. We have had so many people come here, and their feedback remains the same, convenient location, comfortable rooms with all amenities, tasty food and the highlight, warm, hospitable service! The property's highlight for me are its people and their commitment to ensuring a smooth, memorable holiday experience for their guests. There is very good attention shown towards maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness as well as timeliness with meals always prepared on time per the safari schedule. Safari-wise too it remains quite convenient, not very far from the gates. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to many wonderful days here in the future!

Comfortable stay. Location is inside forest area. No easy connectivity to roads. Beautiful nature around. Not too far from National park.
You are dependent on your vehicle or hotel vehicle( which is on demand and self paid).

Location is a bit interior but the food and the property in itself is wonderful. Will recommend to anyone who wants to have a break from a regular daily routine. The only issue I found was the network coverage, as i was neither having mobile internet working nor the hotel WiFi. Not sure though if this was just a temporary issue. Please do check the same at the time of check-in.

Wonderful Property. We liked staff's service a lot. Neither too expensive nor too cheap. They have their own gypsy as well, just in case you want to visit fort or any other location nearby.

Hotel provided us with early check in. Room were clean. Hotel property well maintained with beautiful garden. Food was delicious and hot with variety .Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a very good experience

good stay, very close to the reserve. food and service was impeccable. nice garden and lounge space.

room was congested for 3 adults and 1 teenager (this was specified in the booking)
