JüSTa Rajputana Resort and Convention Centre, Udaipur

I stayed there for 3 nights. They claim it as a 4 star property but considering the amenities and services it can’t be even compared with a 2 star property. All staffs were so rude in behaviour. Management doesn’t seems to be concerned about complaints which I raised. Swimming pool was not maintained. There was no one who can ask users to follow basic rules of costume. Rooms were so dark. TV was not working.

There was no hot water in the washrooms. Shower was not working and they did not fix it. Dustbin, mini fridge, towels and other basic amenities were not in place. Had to call help desk more than twice for each item. Restaurant staff did not behave well. Although whatever we ordered was good in taste.

I made pay at hotel booking but still the manager Mr. Ravindra asked me to pay advance just one day before to confirm booking otherwise he would have canceled the booking.

I would not recommend this property to anybody based on my experience. Its better to look for another properties as this is expensive too.

I dis not enjoy staying there at all. They completely ruined my family trip.

It's a good spacious hotel, with big lawns and ample space , the Service was average and food below par, good location for lawn weddings or corporate trips only if you are planning to eat outside food, Staff are humble and polite but need to be quick and more informed service and place.

Very bad service, stayed for 3 day for office function, shower handle already broken, when we requested to change it, they charged 4600 rs while checkout. Didn't expected. Very old property, Beawar while using anything if you already stayed, otherwise you will be charged. No towel at swimming pool. No benches at garden, no chairs at tea area. Even they charged towel use 2300 rs, glass missing 240 rs, this type of silly charges they applied.

The resort was beautiful, huge and clean, We had a comfortable stay. The location is also middle of the city.
The food at the breakfast buffet was good and the room was big, Their common pool is also nice.

Cons.
Their room service is pathetic 😣 you have to ask for 4-5 times for one single thing.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Luxurious it was. A wedding resort, so always busy. Very friendly staff. Good food too.
Restaurant manager Mr.Manohar attended to all guests with a smile and affection. He was there to take care of orders at late night after 10pm too. A special thanks to him. Liked eating his suggestions from the menu for authentic Rajasthani food. With him, Gobind Yadav FNB Manager was also very polite and together they will make you feel happy in making a decision to come to this restaurant and to stay in the resort.

It's located far from all attractions (City palace, Bagore ki Haveli etc.). Rooms are huge but pretty basic. You wouldn't get the premium feeling. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

Stay here if you want to get resort like feel and exploring local places is not in the agenda.

Amazing stay at Justa Rajputana Resort. Advised by my Friend Arjun Singh working with them earlier, Villa rooms are very good. Hospitality by staff was overwhelming specially Mukesh at front office was always available for support.
Food was tasty and ambience was very great. Must recommend to my other friends.

The Hostility is Brilliant, But the service is painfully slow, for instance, they only have one trolley for luggage. The food is straight up Magnificent, High Quality and Delicious! Overall a good property. Recommended.
