Staff at reception was not very courteous. We requested for early check in but not given that. We can understand that since it was a wedding previous day so probably, not feasible. Room was spacious, good with nice view. Though housekeeping staff was humble but cleanliness was not appreciative. Room AC, washroom exhaust were also not working. Hotel infrastructure was good but not maintained at all. It took half an hour to get hot water in rooms. Terrible condition of every facility. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is semi luxury with good spacious rooms and situated on the highway.. It has a decent swimming pool... Ala carte food we ordered was good but breakfast buffet needs some improvement and additions... Overall I had a good decent stay for a day with my family..

The ambiance of the hotel and its location is good. However, the maintenance and facilities are dispointing. The gym has no equipment. There is no operational spa. Even the room phone to housekeeping and restaurant does not connect. They don't have convenience store. The property does not connect with standards of Royal orchid.

Nice place with good and polite service. The water drainage from room is on the surface therefore sitting out in balcony can be a smelly affair. Also there are lot of wasps and flies around the property. Location wise it is a 4 min drive from the bird sanctuary

They are only concentrating only how to make money from the visitors either by rent or by penalty.
Request you to kindly provide first aid medical care first, if someone needs during the stay. Life is priceless.
Guests don't mind to give charges accordingly and penalty

Location is easy bang on highway. Easy to reach and not far from Bharatpur bird Sanctuary. The resort primarily caters to weddings and functions. So the basic set up is that way. Food is average veg and non veg both. Buffet system for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Room service available.

They don't mention the timings of breakfast anywhere niether at restaurant nor reception..and 10 am is too early to finish breakfast. And my wife got a bad stomach either through the bottled water they give or something in food. This review though is not of property which we actually liked and the room was good in size.
