Chokhi Dhani The Palace Hotel Jaisalmer

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager. Special thanks to Bobby Negi(from staff) who I meet there very nice interaction and helpful and make our trip full of enjoy, best wishes to him🙂

Decent stay, friendly staff, okay food. Highly recommended too...

BUT, they tried to scavenge money during billing by asking for Rs.500/- for an RFID card. Posting in interest of the public:
1. An RFID card costs anywhere between Rs. 10-30.
2. Most of the cards at this hotel don't work anyways.
3. The card can be re written multiple times.

Hotels shouldn't act cheap, at least for a guest who has generated revenue for more than a week.

I had a horrible stay. Its not the worth it charges the customers. I would not even give half of what it charges according to the experience that i had.
Pointing it out very clearly:
-no trained staff
- no proper rooms
- no cleaning service. P.s- they feel that just by cleaning the bed linen and adjusting things in the bathroom is call room cleaning that too in 5 minutes
- the rooms were full of dust and the pillows were stinking.
- the food was horrible
- however the staff was humble, but they didnt have knowledge about how to do things in the right way

The property is good and cleanliness is also decent but the worst thing is the management. The staff seems to be untrained. They don’t respond to housekeeping requests . The housekeeping quality is also third-grade. My suite room had a leaking flush-tank but they never bothered to fix it. A good property in wrong hands

Very bad experience. Due to the medical situation I requested for just low salt food. But the hotel staff is not cooperating at all. Even looking at the price that we paid rooms n hygiene is not good. Towels are stinking. I would recommend that you will get the much better properties n service at this prices. Very disappointed

We came for our college trip and stayed here for one day.. very beautiful and grandeous... I remember food was good, the swimming pool was clean and we had a lot of fun, rooms amazing..very good experience.
Don't know about the price of rooms because of inclusive fees for the trip

Good location but hospitality not good. We weren’t served Welcome drink and when asked for, very bluntly told by receptionist to get it served yourself. For high tea, Cups were short and no one bothered to get them even after informing. I heard a lot before, but failed on hospitality at least. I am still here, let’s hope for better experience at night.

Stayed with my parents and staff of the hotel make it the memorable one. Great smiling supportive staff with recent food spread in buffet and travelling tips. . Everything was perfect. Highly recommend everyone who is planning to stay in Jaisalmer.
