STAFF and HOSPITALITY- the best part of this camp was their staff. Mr Inderjeet, the camp manager was a blessing for us and provided us best hospitality.....Staff is so humble and lovely…Truly best service we all had ever experienced. Whatever we would say they would arrange that with a very smiling faces, there was no word like "no" in their dictionary. Right from the time we entered till we left, staff made sure that we enjoy every bit of our stay.
LOCATION- it is beautifully located amongst nature. Aravalli hills looks so awesome and gives a feeling of a hill station. The sounds of birds chirping, peacock sounds.... Lovely open spaces in the camp. We did trekking on Leopard Hill which was an amazing experience. Beautiful and photogenic Aravalli hills scenery from the hill top. We also did cycling, Air Rifling etc,. All the activities were superb. Would really want to thank him for making our holiday so memorable.
FOOD- Without good food, a holiday is never complete. But at this camp, we were amazed that we got very good, fresh and tasty food for all the meals. Special thanks to cook who made local Chaas for us. The barbeque experience at night too was very good.
We would love to keep coming here again and again. I will highly recommend staying here if anyone ever wants a true feel of Nature and best holiday time with friends and family.
This place helps you to disconnect from the busy Delhi life and gets you closer to nature.
1) Accessibility: very remote should avoid small cars. The last 1 km is very rough terrain with pebbeled road.
2) Location. Situated between aravali hills in the valley. so very nice scenic view.
3) Activities: There is a trek to the top of the nearest mountain with guides available. Takes around 1 hr round trip with medium grade.
4) Food: home style cooked food with very less salt (they give you the option to add according to you). Not much options on the snacks as well as soft drinks. Hard drinks non existing. BYOD or get it arranged.
5) Other activities: Almost none but very open to take your own activities
6) Anything else you want need to be arranged from outside and would take minimum of 1 hr.
7) Stay: Mongolian Yurt tents best time to visit would be when mild winter is there as the tents become too cold so better blankets or a heater in the tent. Lack of hot water.
8) Campfire. The most awesome part of the stay.
If they didn't have a booking and were not going to provide all facilities, they should have informed us that we would be the only ones there without any other women around and they shouldn't have charged the same amount.
We literally ran from the place as it was deserted without any safety, no lights, none of the staff responded well. Women please check if there are other tents booked with women, because it felt very unsafe even to manage that one night with only men around and no way to contact anyone as they don't have connectivity at the camp.
The staff is very polite and the service is also very good, even if you are partying till 3 or 4 in the night, service is still provided, definitely go but in winter
