Online price is very high, you can negotiate at the resort much lower (as a fellow traveller got a third of price than I paid), provided there is availability (non season).

A decent place with decent pricing. Rooms are comfortable, and good bathrooms. Our bathroom stank a bit, but was cleaned immediately on request. Not all rooms have ceiling fans, so check out the room before renting it. The restaurant serves decent food.
PUNIT Lalwani
The hotel receptionist was very unprofessional. She didn't know how to talk with customers. She will say one final price while enquiry and finalise at higher price. The water in the hotel was totally brownish. The bed sheets were not clean. It is better to prefer other hotels than this resort. Just for the name it is resort otherwise it is normal hotel only.

Overall the property is nice and beautiful. Proximity to the main market and lake is good, its just a 5 mins walk. The Rooms are well furnished, spacious and appealing with all amenities. Has a in house restaurant which is also good with enough seating space. The food quality and taste is good. There is ample parking space available inside the compound.
Experienced some mismanagement during check-in, checkout and service delivery. Considering the space available, adding some sort of recreational activities, pool, games etc would be good add on.

The place is fabulous, food is delicious. The hotel is located at the prime junction. The hotel staff is hard working and provide good service. There is lot of parking space available for the guests. WiFi might be an issue as the signals are weak in the rooms. The room rates are quite high as compared to the online booking, so online booking is recommended.

One of the best budget Resort of Saputara.... Has a huge parking inside as well as outside.. A small garden to host program.. They also have a restaurant... Wifi is also available but range is very weak, you can use it near recipient only. Rooms are pretty good but bathrooms are ok and the worst part was room service.. these guys are very slow you need ask for each and every thing one by one and they provide you. One can conduct family functions also.

The fittings in the bathroom were broken, the mug was broken.. Heavy leakage in the bathroom. No hot flask provided, charged extra for dental kit, on two towels were provided which were not even changed the next day. Only one chair provided, there was no way TV could have switched off ot was on through out the night.
The breakfast was very oily, no options provided, no fruits or fruit juice no coffee only milk and tea.
The restuarant open after 7:30 am then only one can get tea. No slippers provided. The dinning room/resturant was smelly...
Never would suggest one to stay here...

Awesome stay. Rooms are spacious. Staff is cooperative. Hot water available. Free wifi is available only in the list not actual. Property is nicely maintained. Only problem with restaurant service. Damn slow and they need to train their waiters. Not attentive. All of them vanish and you need to keep calling them. Food is good. Gujrathi thali for 220/-.
