Beautiful Resort, with huge common areas located on the quiet beach of Marari. The stay in the beautiful pool villa was incredible, the variety of activities offered makes you want to do them all, the breakfast with a variety of options as well as for meals, and the spa is highly recommended. The only thing you have to be careful with mosquitoes, they are like elephants hahaha. And the staff is lovely, always ready to help with a smile. Undoubtedly a super recommended hotel.

Definitely one of the best resorts I have stayed at - more than a resort, it was a holistic experience. The rooms and all the amenities in the resort have been very thoughtfully crafted with a lot of attention to detail. There are a number of activities which let you explore the local culture and cuisine. The resort has direct access to the beach - the beach is clean, reasonably safe for swimming, and offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The food was great with responsibly sourced ingredients (most of them locally and organically grown) and tasted delicious. Would love to come here again.

Everything from entering this wonderful retreat of kind & zen-like reception area. To the welcoming staff during our stay. The whole family enjoyed the massage services that were relaxing & rejuvenating. Also, we enjoyed the simple, little enjoyments that the property and the staff offer throughout the day. It is definitely a place to relax and just BE as silent as you wish and in nature.. or to enjoy some peace from the big cities. Great place for the whole family to enjoy or as the many couples we see. All in all, it's a great hidden gem. Will be back again.

This place is nice. It’s not quite the small and intimate boutique hotel that I prefer to stay at but it does have a similar feel.
The buffet breakfast was average with quite a few options but then again it’s a buffet so one can’t be too picky. You do get the option of fresh dosa and eggs.
The beach in front of the property is well maintained and all the staff have been extremely friendly.
We had to come from another nearby hotel as it was absolutely the pits…I will not name it here. Thankfully they had a room available straight away for us which has drastically changed our last few days in Kerala!
Oh…and if it matters to you they serve alcohol.
We stayed in a pool villa and the pool was great. However the very thin walls (two villas are semi-detached with a connecting door) so we heard the screaming child next door all evening and very early (as that is what children do…though the parents maybe could have yelled less) and then some sweet love-making in the middle of the night. Not something I want to have to listen to.

A few months back, we spent time in a pool villa at the Marari Beach Resort. The pool area was poorly kept, the shower area next to the pool was inaccessible owing to poor maintenance, and the food quality was below average and wildly overpriced relative to the amenities offered. For the first time during our vacation, we had a blast because the food and maintenance were both top-notch. I anticipated a lot better experience when the price went up, but I actually got a downgrade. It only feels like the service is consistent.

quite enjoyed my stay overall, the service was exceptional. The staff are well trained. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, don't have any complaints on this part. The food was good, nothing exceptional. The beach was nice. There weren't many activities, as far as we were aware. Enough for 1 or 2 days. We did what we could, the archery was very enjoyable, but there was only 1 board and 2 bows, so with a group there was quite a waiting time, but it was very enjoyable.

Awesome resort! Everything from the booking, to checkin and checkout was perfect.
We had booked two rooms out of which one was a pool villa. The rooms were clean, spacious and the open air bathroom was beautiful. Everything in the room worked and all basic amenities were available.
The restaurant was good and the food was tasty. Room service is not available but some food was delivered to us since we had an infant.
