We choose the hotel mainly because of the view from the balcony and they allow small pets.. The room, bed and the balcony is huge. View from the balcony is breath taking. Another best thing is the swimming pool is heated. It's better to call the hotel straight to book during off season as they offer better price. Buffet breakfast should be improved. Overall Service is okay not so great

We booked the resort with high expectations after looking at the photos and ratings of various travel sites but it was only when we reached the resort that we realized how true it was.
There is nothing attractive about the resort except the beautiful viewpoint from the balcony of the rooms and the swimming pool.
Sorry to say that the resort does not provide facilities or services commensurate with the room rent. The indoor game area and gym were limited and not maintained properly. The swimming pool was very small, dirty, and not maintained properly.
Not only did they not give us complimentary items without asking, but they also gave us chargeable cold drinks, chocolates, and snacks in our rooms without asking.
The spa services were excellent, we tried the ayurvedic full body massage and we all were satisfied with it.
The higher rating given by trip sites is questionable for this resort which does not offer luxury facilities commensurate with the amount charged.

A fantastic stay Rooms were clean Location was perfect Weather was mostly romantic Service was good. Food - complementary food was very good. Ordering to room -10% extra on tariff which is quite not good. Taste -awesome Parking - valet parking available. Open parking View from room is surreal. Infinity pool view is great and the pool is neat. Private pool is quite not clean because of the nearby tree. To be covered. Shih Tzus allowed. Other pets to be checked with property. Recreation area with number of game options. Cycles and gym available.
Overall a very pleasant stay ❤️

We booked the resort with a lot of expectations after seeing the reviews, photos and videos. But once we entered the main gate, our hopes went away.
That view from the balcony and the swimming pool is fantastic. That was the only main attraction of this resort. All other things are very worst.
They didn't provide complimentary items without asking one by one, but they didn't forget to provide payable items without asking, like soft drinks, chocolates and snacks.
That swimming pool is small, not like the photos. The indoor game area and the gym are not perfectly maintained, and even the swimming pool maintenship is also very worst.
We are not satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings. They do not provide services and facilities for the money we have spent. Not for a value for money.
The spa services were nice, and we tried ayurvedic full body massage, and we all are satisfied with that.
In a single word, we can say it's not providing facilities for the money which we spend. ₹8000/- for single room.
Sorry to say, very poor management and staff. Overall will not be recommended!

Experienced Serenity at its best. A beautiful , must visit resort . This is the perfect place for people who love to stay close to nature! Ragamaya Resort a wonderful lake facing resort with beautiful landscaping and garden, lovely Honeymoon Cottage amazing view to the Lake , well arranged spacious rooms with all the luxurious amenities. Well maintained lawn; swimming pool and other facilities. Wonderful hospitality-great appreciation to all the staff members It was amazing! My Brother and his wife really enjoyed their Honeymoon trip . Special thanks to Thasni Thaha , Manager - Reservation & Sales for helping us to make this trip a memorable one. Thanks to each and everyone for giving us a memorable stay at Ragamaya Resort !!

First of all it's a great view from the resort. And the pool is extremely enjoyable and we'll never get bored of playing in the pool. The service and interactions with the workers were good. Rooms are also very neet and comfortable. Nothing to complain about it. The resort compound is also nice it's good to take a walk. Overall this place will make us come again 💫

The room view is awesome. Dinner Ala catre was great.. bfast buffet was average. Services were regular. Location being out of town, they should engage some activities like bon fire that gives some time to relax and explore.

Having wanted to visit Ragamaya for a long time, we finally decided to pay them a visit. This place is not in Munnar and is rather near Rajakkad. Not a very fancy property but has everything a family would need on a holiday. A small park with slides and swings, a small pool, a decent play area with a pool table , chess, carroms and table tennis. The food at the restaurant is good as well. The chef was very attentive and made us feel at home. The staff are great starting from the person at the gate to the reception to housekeeping and the restaurants. The management needs a special mention for trying to keep the place speck and clean. They have a decent spa next to the main property which offers multiple wellness services. We had booked a premier room which is on the first floor . The rooms provide a great view of the lake and are a bliss for sunset watchers. If you are going a large family, you can opt for the interconnecting room which is very handy .
With holding a star for the maintenance of the property. I felt the property needed an urgent preventive maintenance before it runs down further. Overall a great place to be with your family. Highly recommended
