Definitely worth every penny we spent!!!
Gorgeous rooms with amazing amenities. The jacuzzi was everything we hoped for. The premier river view room offered a fantastic view of the river and the very well maintained grounds. The property is vast with very picturesque spots next to the river and direct access to the beach. The staff were very polite, prompt and courteous. The breakfast buffet was limited compared to other 5 star hotels but still included various cuisines. The food was not.kept warm though which was a huge drawback.
Overall excellent experience and would love to visit again.

Considering it a five star property the maintenance is not at par...
1.We could see some dampness in the walls of the room and the furniture needs some maintenance both for rooms and washrooms....We don't expect this when we are paying the price of five star resort.
2.The jacuzzi is good but creates lot of noise and you may get calls from reception that the other rooms are facing disturbance because of jacuzzi jets noise ..
3.The price of food is very high and options are very limited .
4.There is no concept of hi tea which we have seen in most of the five star resorts
5.All the activities are mostly chargeable costing 500 per head even for a bicycle ...I think they should reconsider as bicycles mostly are part of inhouse activities....
Staff is cooperative and attentive towards the needs....
We hope the facilities are provided at par with the charges they are taking for a room other wise it is not worth ..

Overall amazing. Though a little costly, it is amazing and the experience is awesome. Really loved it, though would appreciate with there were bonfires and would display cricket matches live in the auditorium. Price is also worth it, and many activities included. 🌸😀👌👍

Had visited the place for dinner, booked one day before and upon reaching There we had to wait cause they didnt know if the booking was done or not. We went in and i wanted to say the place looks good but i couldn't see anything cause all the lights were off and the place was dark. We say in the restaurant with no music and surrounding full of darkness and silence. The food was good and service was good. But didn't get a 5 star experience as it looked like an abandoned place with the lights off.

We have stay for 3 nights. During the stay we have worst experience in food and service. When ever we ordered for meals, we always get arguments only.
We ask them for hookah , they don’t have flavour.
We ask them for tiramisu , they had not available on same day.
We order for Kulcha ,,, they don’t have.

Can’t understand the stars of the property as “ 5 “ .. Is it in real manner or not !

Every time they tried to convince you for their prefer choice….

Never prefer to stay as staff have arguments only.

After lots of to and fro between Taj and Lalit, we opted for Lalit. At check in I started doubting my decision as reception was severely understaffed and only 1 representative available so had to wait a long time for checkin though we arrived later than checkin time. However after that everything was great. The property is beautiful. We had their top category toom(spa something) however, they were a bit dark for our yaste.the backwater view rooms are hoghly recomme ded.The jacuzzi is great .How their best part is their restaurantstaff. All of then are phenomenal. They are so sweet and accomodating. Highly recommended.

Beautiful resort. Lovely and spacious rooms. Jacuzzi in the room was pretty awesome. Loved the spa. Food was good but service could be improved. The service wasn't to the likes of a 5 star resort. Overall great experience.
Cozy rooms, lovely outdoors, serene backwaters and beachfront.

Resort was good and peaceful, breakfast buffet was nice. It is mentioned that it's a beach resort but beach is not accessible, very old and broken bridge is there which you cannot use to access the beach. It's back water actually and there was lot of garbage in that water. We were looking forward for the jacuzzi experience and that was also very disappointing, they had only cold water available for jacuzzi. So, couldn't enjoy that as well. Resort is not worth 12-13k per night. Spa service was very good, nice staff.
