Lagoona Beach Resort

This hotel as 2 properties one is new building with premium rooms and other building is old one it located at the qornare side of the property with named of heritage non sea view and sea view. Which are very bad rooms. Beds are not good, room getting wood smell, painting is not good. This old building is like 500 rs rooms.people who locking for budget-friendly rooms please be carefully when you booking. Better to do not book this hotel In booking apps, they showing new building photos which have premium rooms and selling old rooms to people who locking at a budget price. As per my experience if you looking for budget hotels do not go for this property. Hotel staff was talking very rudely

A good resort with many choices. Premium and standard rooms available. Standard rooms budjeted and premium luxury. . Having family restaurant and bar also.
Good supportive staffs.. Highly recommended

Good property. But the Manager was not at all friendly. He was arrogant, but certain services provided by them is the poorest I have ever experienced. I'd prefer an OYO over a star hotel with staffs like him

Went for a wedding reception held on the lawn of the hotel. Approach road (from the bypass road) to the hotel is a concern as only one vehicle can pass through at a time. We also we told that the car parking was full even though the reception had just started.

We visited lagoona for 2 nights. On 2nd night Lagoona resort management helped me to the best to get my wife treated for a health emergency at a nearby Hospital, the female staff was also sent with us for support even in late night till 2 AM they were with us. Its a very good place with good supportive staff.
I wish them all the best and hope they serve their guests to the best of their possiblities in the future also.

Went for a party held at lagoona beach resort. Even though the vibe was good, most of us fell sick and had food poisoning. My kid was sick for almost a week with high fever and diarrhea. Later came to know that many who attended the party fell sick.

it was an excellent service from the management team, we got some surprise activities like boating and backwater experience..... food also very tasty with variety of dishes. If you really want to enjoy natural beauty of sea and lake go to lagoona beach resort...

If you are going to a resort just for sleeping only then you can choose this resort. Bachelor and family who like to spend some time outside and night time outings , please don't go there. The management was very rude and they came to beat some of my friends. We checked out within a few hours even though we have a lot of time by seeing this arrogance of this manager and their strict rules. I know they will come and comment under my comment , we have some restrictions and so and so. I don't want any bachelors and family to go there and waste your money. Good for old age people. We paid 60k and it was not worth the money
