Good hotel located near back water.
A budget hotel, if you keep your expectations average it is nice clean hotel. But it has one peculiar smell due to its old building or may be due to back water.
Food : less options with good taste and good service
Room: clean and large with average furnishings. No view from rooms
Location: good.

Rooms are spacious and 3 people can fit easily. The service is good. The hotel staff are very helpful and they arranged us a house boat in short time. The location of the hotel is near to all major attractions in allepey

Good hotel. Nice baby pool for small kids. Couple of issues were highlighted and have been promised by hotel manager they will be taken care of. Boating right outside hotel.

What a lovely hotel this is. I stayed here for one night and wanted to stay for more. I would not suggest their restaurant but you can find couple of good ones in walking distance. Boating and Shikhara rides are just outside it’s gates and Allapuzha beach is only 4km from here. Not to mention market area in walking distance. Overall room was very neat and stay experience was superb.

Nice resort to stay in Alleppey. Rooms are comfortable, big. Bathroom is old style. Tv unit looks too small in front of room size. Restaurant serves tasty food but be prepared to wait longer until you get your food. Location is nice, you can get boats to roam around backwaters of Alleppey in front of resort. Alleppey beach is also around 4kms away.

Rooms can be better considering it is 4-star hotel. Location is very near to boating point. Hotel is not maintained properly. Food was very good and staff was cooperative.

Horrible.

Less lights give you a sense of a haunted property.
Bathrooms were equally bad.
Restaurant is good. But hell lot of mosquitoes everywhere.
Room size:- big enough.
Market accessible.

But overall not a great experience for the price to be paid.

My office team and I went there. It was obvious to me that the resort was run with a great deal of care and attention to detail. The staff members were very knowledgeable and eager to help us with any questions or concerns that we had. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Additionally, the facilities at the resort were top-notch, offering plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy.
