Wayanad Coffee Trail Resort

Beautiful stay at a beautiful resort topped with delightful service from the ever smiling staff at the reception, housekeeping staff (specially from Selva) and others.

The resort is located on top of a hill and the road leading to it is small and is a steep climb for self driven cars (~1 km.). The place however, is very peaceful and calm.

The cottages are clean, well maintained, and spacious, with a big balcony. There have a nice swimming pool and a few indoor games like TT, carrom, and foosball.

The dinner buffet is costly and not great and the quality and taste could certainly be improved. Moreover, if you want to dine out, you'll have to drive all the way to Sultan Batthery which we avoided as driving uphill to the resort at night didn't look like the best idea.

Overall, a big thumbs up for the location due to the greenery and the serenity it offers; and for the courteous, friendly, and helpful staff and the service provided by them.

Food could certainly be improved, specially for the price charged for it. And, people with self driven cars need to be a little careful at the last 1 km uphill stretch leading to the resort.

If you are a nature lover, then this resort is the best place for you to spend your holidays in Wayanad. The room we stayed at the resort had amazing views of plantation to the outside. The facilities they arranged in the room was good and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool overlooking the lush greenery is the main attraction of the resort. We enjoyed and cherished each moment of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Coffee Trail Resort. The staff were very friendly, and made sure that all our needs were met. The food they served was quite good. We tried out some activities arranged in the resort like Burma bride and commando net and was so much fun. There are guides who will guide you through the entire activity. Make sure you try out the outdoor activities arranged in the resort.

Great place to stay! The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The rooms also had nice view to nature. There were paintings done in the rooms and common area. Each of it was different and nice to look at. The food was okay. The employees are very nice people. They try to make the guest as comfortable as possible. They are very helpful as well. They discuss the food menu with the guests. Make sure they are okay with the food that is being served. The special requests are also taken care of. Other than the swimming pool, there is also adventure sports. Like bow and arrow, gun shooting, sky walk. The room service is also great. Worth the money spent. We had a great family holiday. Having private vehicles also will be helpful to get to the place.

We reached the hotel at around 8pm. It was difficult to locate the hotel as the google map doesnot show the road which ends in resort. We were welcomed warmly by the manager and his assistant Santosh. We booked plantation villa and the room was too neat and beautiful. We ordered indian food which was delicious, they have a pretty well maintained pool and some indoor games. Loved this place which secluded in midst of the woods. One of the best property to get rid off city life.
Its a nice property for couples as it is quite secluded and you can spend some quality times with your loved one.

It is indeed a good place to relax in nature and coffee trees surrounding you. Reaching those
Villas was fun and you can trek morning outside the resort.
The staff members are at they best and food was really good 👍 ( special mention to chef who cooked afternoon food for us).

The stay was good, rooms are nice but the room service is very slow. First, the room intercoms were not working, so we were nicely provided with a mobile no. at reception. While the reception guy was active in receiving room service orders, the service from kitchen staff was extremely slow. You will not get anything unless you wait for long and give them reminders for your order, even for a cup of tea. This happened on every single instance of room service in 3 days of our stay.

Awesome place to spend some quiet and quantity time with your family. Great staff, always ready to help. Away from the noise and pollution of the city. Completely surrounded by plantation. Place is a little difficult to find through Google map. Call the manager for the final directions.
