I stayed with my mom and dad, So here's my quick and genuine review to this property.

1. Room is in nice condition
2. Rooms are clean and hygiene but they can work on washroom.
3. amenities they are providing: AC, clean towels bath gel and hand wash , extra mattress, common sitting area .
4. Food quality is not good , they are providing Wi-Fi that's too slow less than 2G speed, no network inside the hotel, you need to go out to search the network.
Hotel area is peaceful.

Close to sunset point, and it you want to go to the market you can take auto 100 Rs they'll chare.

Worst experience staying there. Most poor service and maintenance. Mattresses are thin and of bad quality that you will feel you are lying or sitting on a WOODEN LOG! Doormat, tray and blanket were untidy. The curtains are somewhat transparent which may cause you to feel uneasy and hamper your privacy. They have given us poor quality plastic glasses to drink water. Exhaust fan was broken and not working. Handwash container was empty in the bathroom and after asking they refilled it. Window AC which wasn't functioning well by the remote.
Food is just average taste and quality.
Not recommended at all while going to Neil Island.

Such a bad experience at Neil Banzara.
1. No Mobile Signal at all. No Wifi signals in the rooms. Single wifi router is there that too in the reception itself for their usage only. None of the Tv works. So nothing to entertainment.

2. Hotel Location is quiet far with no street light. If you are planning to come after 4 pm, don't even think of coming to this remote location. Plus there is no Road to reach to this property.

3. Gyser does not function properly. Gyser size is that much small that ull get only a mug of warm water rest is cold.

4. Electricity issue is there. Equipment won't work you ll compain to staff they will say electricity problem hai wait karo.

5. Food is not tasty. Food quality is poor and charges are very high.

So Dont book this hotel by looking at the 3 star Rating and all other amenities. There are much better options available at similar rates. Better to stay at beach resorts with similar prices.

We, a batch of 6 people stayed in Neil Banzara on 16.11.2022. It's very bad experience.
Rooms are congested and not cleaned properly before alloting. Horrible thing is, they could not supply hot water even in the morning hours though it is winter season. They kept a very small geyser which could manage only 1 litre water at a time. The reply they gave is power problem. At the same time they are providing AC but in winter season whom it is required.
Door locks are not properly functioning. Lounge is badly maintained. Dining tables are untidy and can't take food if we keenly observe the tables. In the common wash room provided at dining, waste pipe is not there for the wash basin and as a result waste water is spilling on us.
It's not worth to stay.

The behaviour of staff and specially owner kanishka baidya was very wrost and I specially suggest don't book this hotel for nail Banjara. And the staff also not so polite.
And the owner of this property kanishka baidya didn't respect ladies

Location of hotel is miserable. You will find nothing there. Worst thing is it's food. Not only high rate also very poor in quality. Not recommended at all .

Fraud Alert!!! Don't book on this hotel, check with your agent if they have booked on this hotel then ask your agent to change it. They have worst food in buffet, no service, staff was rude to everyone. They run business because agents prefer them and then we have to suffer. Rooms are not proper, bedsheets were not changed, bathroom fittings were broken, empty bottles of handwash was kept, etc. Nothing was proper in this hotel. Even wifi is present in reception area only that too with 2g speed!!

Very good spacious room and toilet. Staffs were co-operative. wi fi available only in reception. We provide break fast puri sabji was not warm.
