Worst management..
Wrong commitment.. highly charged for rooms without providing grace time charged extra of 3 days giving checkout policy nonsense reason though we stayed for not complete 2 days
Expensive restaurant with average taste and outside liquor & food not allowed inside
Owner is very irresponsible & mannerless person
No driving water available @ night even if we're willing to pay
Never visit again & highly not recommended

We traveled with 2 families. We had ordered 4000 rupee worth if beer and food. However at evening my friend fell sick and wanted curd rice. After getting the curd rice my friend started having it but a waiter told us it's not allowed and asked us to have it in the room yo which we agreed with no questions and the staff was very friendly. After a few minutes the owner came out of no where was fully drunk started shouting threatening us physically because we did not order from the in house kitchen. We were so scared that we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Guess what this is my 5 time staying here The owner is a uncultured drunk. Plz stay away.

The location and staff of Sai Valentine is extremely helpful and homely. One day at the hotel felt like an year with so many special memories and warm hospitality. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Great thanks to Gautam and the entire team to make the trip so memorable and happy. Will definitely go back soon!

Sai Valentine is a great stay in front of Palolem Beach. The rooms are clean, hygienic and comfortable.
They have a very good menu for all types of taste pallets. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.
They have water sports and counters for all fresh sea foods. Highly recommended for your gateway in south goa.

Visited the restaurant multiple times. Also because it was nearest to my hotel and a partner to the hotel for complementary breakfast.

Parathas: had aloo and gobhi parathas which were decent on some days and pretty dry on the other. They don't give butter with it and on one of the days we didn't even get curd as they had run out of it.

Aloo poori: good but pretty oily poories.

Cafe moca and cappuccino: good.

Mint lemonade is a MUST try here.

Have a seating area at the restaurant deck as well as on the beach with beds. Also has a shower which is great if you want to take a dip in the water.

Service is okay.

Usually ignore you if you have come for complementary breakfast. Which is not great.

Staff is courteous.

Silent and beautiful cottages right next to the beach, have variety of food and entertainment, all the staff are so good and helpful, any time they are ready to help. They also arrange Airport drop service on request. Must recommended place for the beach lovers.

The staff at Sai Valentine, run by boss Krishna, could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Always on hand to help with a smile. Krishna is a fisherman, and is out with his nets every morning before sun up making sure the restaurant has fresh seafood daily. Highly recommended.

Gautham is a excellent human being and very good host. This is my 2nd visit to the hotel. I loved every part of my stay... Keep it good work and great to stay.
