Well it's 3 * hotel as mentioned on the description of the hotel on any site. I was here for a week time, nice hotel from inside and in reachable distance from anjuna beach, vagator and shiva's face beach side. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, they will help you plan your day if you ask for some information. They will update you on night parties where will it be hosted for that night. Food was good (I only took the complimentary BF as we wanted to explore other available options) with less number of options for vegan's. They'd claim that they've live bar but it's not operational and the swimming pool just a kid pool (discounting). Overall it was nice stay at purple (they helped me with delayed checkout without costing single penny as our departure travels late in night. Nice location, you can access CCD, family-mart for shopping, more than 5 nice restaurants and bars.

We stayed at hotel for 3 days , it was recently renovated , neat and clean resort nearby anjuna beach(2km) and baga Beach. Room was of adequate size and very good This is place worth for money we are paying. Staff members were very courteous and well behaved specially ms Sapna who is receptionist there. Tea and breakfast was of good quality....pool was little bit small but with clean water......

Amazing stay with family . Enjoyed their services and had a great time with my family. Rooms were clean, pool was with clean water. They managed it really very well. We always got best service whenever required. One bit problem though, there were no senior person available at night. Just in case if things goes wrong, all junior staff available aren't capable of taking decision.

Rooms are spacious with one attached Hall and balcony. Washrooms are neat n clean with shower, mirror and hair dryer.I spent only one day here as we extended our vacation for one more day they charged 5000 per night which was way high but mind it was 31st dec night.They provided as extra mattress and blanket also. It is 2.5 km from anjuna beach not that far if you hv your vehicle. Recommended.

ZERO HOSPITALITY - I hate google reviews because they don't have an option of ZERO star rating. We stayed here for three days and in all this years of traveling came across this place which is the first to claim hostel as a resort. Worst service, no actually No Service at all. There was a lift here, sorry a model of lift which only worked when we scolded the staff. No room cleaning and no towel change during our entire stay. When we complained, the incharge scolded us instead by stating that they cleaned rooms only if informed.
If you have no where else to stay in GOA and if this place is offering you stay, I would recommend cancelling your trip instead of going through this horrible experience.

We 13 people have stayed for 2 days in this hotel, but we were very disappointed with the service given. NO GENERATOR availables. There is power failure most of the time in this area.....AC not working for many times due tonpower failure, Elevator's is of some local company and not working for 2 days. Maintenance manager was too rude in behaviour and hopeless too he even have no sence what is he talking about and arguing. The door locks r of poor quality. Same was damaged earlier and then was charged us 2500Rs. Hence would advice to check all the rooms before u check in, these people van charges for any thing.
Secondly Some of the colour of new cloths were transferred to towels and was also charged for 500Rs which was very cheap attitude. Regarding the rest staff was good and coorpartive mostly the reception manager Ms Sapna.

Excellent property with attention to details. The staff was super attentive and professional. The safety precautions in light of the pandemic were good and on point. Got an warm welcome from Reception. Rooms were amazing and very clean and spacious. Staff were absolutely professional and they love serving people. Restaurant staff was very good and special food was really great.
