Nitya Resort

Deluxe room for 3+1 kid but bed size is queen size instead of king size, they provided the mattress for 1 after request but didn't interact with yatra who booked hotel for me. I called the representative which was of no use.

Fridge is there but no ice tray to use, asked for ice from restaurant and they asked me to pay 60 Rs.

AC is there but not functioning properly, sometimes it just stops.

Bathroom is there but you have to waste water to get the hot water, still it's not that hot. I felt bad for wasting water.

Gallery is there but no good location outside as per the deluxe room

Pool is there but you cannot use it before 8 and after 6 which is problem because most of the people go for sightseeing during the open pool time also the amount of clone is very high. We cannot dip in it

Cupboard is there but no lock so no security

Lock is there at room door but it's making noises and you have to press hard to lock it properly

Lights are there but all are dim and pale yellow which creates sleepy env. No normal lights.

I think whatever I paid at Nitya resort is wasted, I could have got better hotels at half price. Next time I will make sure others are safe from this hotel. We don't get the quality for what we paid

Everything is paid here even daily complementary water bottle

A pathetic stay in our trip
1.They don’t even have floor mats at the entrance.
2.Broken shower knobs.
3.Bad condition door locks.
4.ugly door handles.
5.uncleaned tables.
6.fan knobs not available.
7.Low height toilets 🚽.
8.break fast menu is very disappointing because they provided only idly as main course in breakfast
9.finally they charge 3500₹ for a deluxe room on spotbut MMT you charged 6805₹
There is no use in prior booking in MMT.
Rooms also available on our checkin time.

Not at all up to the mark ..it's looks wow in pictures but once u see actually it's really very small ..staff is not at all cooperative
Though rooms are gud ..beds are very nice and big ..4 people can sleep

And bathrooms are good

All services and rooms are ok but little bit disappointed as they don't provide a glass of water to guests or their customers at the reception.. we asked a glass of water then they replied sir we have already given u complimentary water at your room or plz visit restaurant at 3rd floor. This is not a correct way to deal with coustomers. Water should be provided to any one who visits the reception.

It was an awful experience to stay their.
First they did not provide us room which we booked. We had booked two family rooms and on reaching they were offering rooms on two different floors. So we had to downgrade out stay and take a delux room though we paid for the family room
The services were also very poor ...for every little thing we had to called such as no glasses no cups were there in the room. There was no cleanliness. The hotel was so mismanaged that on January 26th, the breakfast was over at 9:00 am only and the guest were kept waiting for the breakfast
Even we observed the rats were running out of the door.
All in all it was a fun trip when we were "NOT" inside Nitya Resort.

Safe for family solo girls ...
Stayed here for 5 days. Loved everything about it. Main thing is it's on road side.

Service was very good & relaxing with a very soothing interior. Helpful staff & wonderful service. Tasty breakfast. Room was neat & clean.

Spacious room.But not so clean. Near to Calangute beach. Staff were very good. Very helpful.
