Good place and facilities but service is below average they take too much time to approve warranty and service is not upto mark.

This service centre is not good. People working here thinks the customer is fool and don't know anything about the product he had bought. I have Mi notebook ultra 3.2k laptop (which is also not a good laptop to buy because within 3 months it's screen got blacked out) that have anti glare display. I gave my laptop to them and they changed my display but it wasn't anti glare. I told him it's not anti glare but still he try to convince me. Again they took my laptop and repaired it in almost 10 days. And still there are some defects left in it. I don't have time to go again now but I will take it to them after my end semester exams. Let's see if they accept it or not🤞🤞
