Best service & good nature staff

Mi has kept some illiterate people to work there. They don't know how to deal and solve technical issues of devices. They are very far from technology. Firstly, they should trained how to listen customer problem and understand it.
When they receive any case which they have never deal with it before, it's beyond their understanding.
And most irritating part of talking with them was that they were talking meaningless points.

Not delivered good service at the point.
I replaced my battery there ,they didn't gave me any bill or any legal documents also they defects my mobile back panel.
I don't satisfied anymore.....
