WORST BANK EVER. BOI branch BRS Nagar Ludhiana , is the worst bank . Lazy Staff , always ready to refuse to work , with all new excuses . Mostly Ladies staff who are least bothered to work , sending costomer from one desk to another after waiting for an hour . Senior manager is also hopeless .
