Poor service in this branch of PNB

The staff in this branch is lethargic and dull i have ever experienced.
there is one lady sitting beside the front door who always insists on buying endowment plan whenever i go and for rest of the work they always say internet is not working, come tomorrow. i have never been able to finish my work on same day. Government should do something if so many people are complaining.

The bank has a reputation amongst the citizens but if we go by the employee behaviour, trust me this would be the worst branch in whole of jalandhar district. The employees literally think that they are not answerable to any senior authority. Though the lady manager is really nice and helpful but the other staff is just ridiculuos.

You visit the branch for anything other than money deposit, chances are they'll have shortage of staff and you'll be asked to visit the branch again on another day. If the staff is present, they'll give excuses like the internet is not working, printer is not working etc. etc.

For most of the banking stuff apart from basic knowhow, these people including the manager has literally 0 knowledge. I once asked for ASBA facility ( which is available in every Nationalised bank ) , the manager literally had not even heard of the term.

I wont recommend to open any account with their branch. Phase 1 branch is still better.

Though most staff has changed but the problem of not getting work done in a single visit still persists. So my rating remains the same.
