Yesterday I visited there and meet with Senior Manager whose name is vineet may be. I'm shocked to saw his expressions as he didn't have manners how to handle a customer. As well he didn't solve my query moreover when I asked any thing he didn't gave me the anwers. As I believe he is a very egoistic person. So he should be changed.
This is first time I have bad experience in the PNB.
Action ought to be made and secretly checked by the authorities.
