Poor Customer services, you can often see the people in Ques there and no body to hear even for a withdrawal of your own money from account it can took there about 30 to 45 minutes and also same situation with deposits.

Staff have no way to talking with customer and while entering of PNB bank police man also no way to talking and nobody wearing mask in bank

Worst customer service.
Branch manager don't know how to talk with customer.
They don't care about customer. This is the reason why public sector banks are lacking behind private banks.

It is a nationalized bank and all the services of business are provided here.
