SBI Ravi Nagar Branch

I am very disappointed from this branch. i opened a zero balanced account 6-7 months ago and visited 3 times to get Passbook. They informed me, your passbook will come till next Saturday. I visited it again, but same condition. Eventually I was out of station due to family reason. Today when I visited the branch, they told me to deposit rs:- 3000/- as minimum balance. Again I was disappointed, as I already got Atm card on this 5 months ago on Zero balance account. I don't know what kind of employees are there. I don't know when my zero balance account converted into minimum balance account. Also they informed me that only pensioner can keep zero balance and all others have to keep 3000/- minimum. I don't find any kind of information on Internet like this on sbi site. The help desk really bad for customers. They never help customers instead make them confused. Branch management really bad.. Enjoy government employment, oh please do some work for customers with hospitality..

This branch is located at Ravi Nagar. Can be easily identified. Buses, autos are available and customers services are like with any other PSU bank. The special part is that they are having the separate counter for senior citizens which is actually good. They dont have to wait and they can avail the service very early. Overall satisfied.

Very bad experience from this bank. Rude staff and incompetent. Lack of prompt service. Couldn't clear my check from same bank for 8 days and finally lost the check and took no responsibility for it..
Even the manager wouldn't care to look into the matter. Planning to close my account here.
Similar problems faced by my family and friends too.

Initially I was very upset with the services of SBI, Ravinagar Branch. Had given a negative feedback as well.
But as of now since 2 years , there are few new additions in the staff of SBI , who are really helpful. Worth mentioning Mr Gore Sir and Miss Mugdha Madam!

Rubbish staff..
They never answer the customers query.. takes too much time to speak just one word.. they take months to just link phone no. to bank account.. staff is not time punctual any time staff came to bank and also they avoid us if we ask them for help... i just want to say if you don't want to answer or help customers then why you guyzz are working in public service places... shame on this branch.. worst staff.. time waste.. your work will never be done with this branch... worst experience...

Worst services applied for ATM not received yet even complained on mail after 14 days of application no reply even after a month . As regards services even branch head is not attending to customer properly

Really bad experienced I did application there for my mb no registration but now over a week but they are not updated still

The ATM never works, the deposit machine never works, they keep sending us to different counters for any query, takes lot of time to process anything, they don't even want to work dor this bank.
