Best bank in near by very co operative staff.thanks

This branch is near my house.

But state pension account facilitiy opeing is not available here..they don't have link, they don't care about senior citizens.

They give reference of other area located branches, like jaiprakash nagar and Narendra Nagar.

What is use of this branch then

Sbi not good service.. I don't recommend this.

This branch employees have no courage in providing service, customer is waiting at the desk while people are continuously talking over phone. Atleast they should be giving preference to senior citizen but that is also not seen.
Pathetic customer service and would suggest not to visit and be customer in this branch.

Lazy and careless staff, esp chaprasi / attendant kind of guy at front desk doesnt know exact branch timings moreover in a hurry to close gate and turn away customers who personally visit even in the extreme Nagpur summer.

They are not giving right information to customer...
My home branch of sbi bank is in hinganghat ...
But now I am in Nagpur and I had to deposit 86000 my bank account so I go to this brach ..
But cashier if this bank told me limit is 40000 for deposit at non-home branch ..
Then,
I talked with manager of this bank..he told me same and said system not allowed...so I deposit only 39000....

After that I called SBI Customer care...they told me their is 200000 limit for deposit at non-home branch in all over India .

So how this SBI manger say ki system not allowed ..

Great manager and staff ....smooth operation .....well addressing ur problems and clearing it immediately
