The worst staff in terms of service. The only humble person I look upon at this branch is Pravin Tanksale Sir. He is there to solve your every problem even though he is engaged in other works.

SBI bank, we know what to expect! Went there on Saturday, Branch Manager Rambhau arrogantly told me to come on Monday, and he said if I want I can lodge complaint on Portal! Being a Branch manager , he should be polite, but he was having I DONT CARE attitude. Then went on Monday again, I was told to go to Mr. Pravin's desk, there already was a queue! He asked me to check if person siting next to him ( some Nilesh ) can help me, the person was sitting idle but refused to help me, typical Government attitude! I waited patiently for my Turn, Mr. Pravin helped me and was polite as well. 3 stars only for him, otherwise I could have given 1 star.

The experience of SBI VRCE Branch was excellent. Mr. Pravin Tanksale has helped me a lot in solving my queries as many times I visited the branch. His Nice behaviour, kindness and polite attitude changed my mind towards SBI persons and services. He was helping not only the persons who were coming to him but also helped the others who were in need. I really want to Thanks him from bottom of my heart.

Today I came to SBI VNIT branch nagpur for my daughter's account closure by morning 10.0 am staff madam said to come after 1hour according to my previous experience, l came by 2.30pm still the cheque wasn't ready, all staff & service manager & including branch manager are completely ignorant and non to cooperative with consumer they don't want to work and neither answer our queries prolong the matters in my opinion nobody should open Saving account or any other services from VNIT branch nagpur very worst services and very in cooperative. It wasnt just me an aged women a student everyone was waiting and no answer worst ever service. In this covid times these people should understand and have better process to avoid people waiting in queue.

He was a god human for me.. i came to him with a huge issue and was so scared and worried for my problem, pravin sir just solved it giving his level best.. alll my good words will not be enough to thank and describe him. i was a new person to him but still he helped so effortful.. my work was done with such an ease.. he solved all my queries and issues. I am really happy to know we have person like him to help common people. He must be treated as an example to how to treat and help common people like us. I thank you with my warm heart sir. You were a god's grace to for me. Thank you i wish for your great success and rise in your career field. people like you must grow really high in response to your great actions. Thanks SBI for having such good employees and showing us a good image of public sectors.

I went to the bank after 3 years to activate my internet banking and atm pin. I was feeling a bit helpless as I wasn’t habitual of using indian bank affairs. Mr. Pravin sir provided me with an excellent service. He is super kind and helpful. Can’t believe SBI has such amazing employees. I would recommend Mr. Pravin to the branch manager to appreciate him for his work and also provide him with everything in the protocol.

The staff were polite and helpful to the needs of customer. Better to go early to get the work done or else you have to spend atleast an hour.

Everywhere on social media there's a negative image regarding SBI. But contradicting to this I had a really positive experience because of Pravin Tanksale sir. He helped me resolve all the issues within a short time span.
