No one respond to phone..... Poor response.... Some employees are arogant and don't give information properly....

Phone call left unanswered. Very poor PRO.

Phone numbers are wrong/ not updated/ dead. NO email id provided. No responsible person available in-person, except for the Branch Manager - but why should he do a Teller's job?

Pathetic....we have to go to and fro for the same reason over and over again..information is not given properly, make senior citizens run around, do not read or understand what is given in letter or told specifically. Broke an fd before maturity inspite of telling them date, phone doesn't work and it is so frustrating!

पहिल्या मजल्यावरील लोन संदर्भात माहिती सांगणारी बाई एक न ची बेशिस्त......
आम्ही बँक ऑफ महाराषट्र कडून लोण घेत आहोत अजिबात त्या बाईने व्यवस्थीत माहिती सागितलं नाही
उलट काहीच माहिती सगितली नाही .....
ग्राहकांसाी कसा व्याहावर करायचा हे तिथल्या लोकांना अजिबातच माहीत नाही.....
