Staff is ok but They need application for everything.

I just don't like the way they took long time to handle a single query and make you roam through whole counter the employee itself was confused and my query was so simple I wanted to transfer account to another branch and he himself was so confused 🙏😂I don't know whether my account get transferred or still I m in delima 😂😂😂
