Punjab National Bank

This bank is quite full most of times.. Specialy when there are test forms and other examination form fee's needed to pay...But I will suggest this bank cause staff in bank is really friendly...

very poor service..... employees behavior is not good/cooperative .. they talk like they are IAS officer.. and thinks that customers are stupids and have no manner how to talk with customers because they are local employees, although bank is good that's why i am giving one star but need to change the current staff(i mean local employees) for its better running...

I don't have and problem with PNB but this branch of PNB has worst people working for them, they are so rude and talk like as if I'm holding their money. And they are always making excuses like there's no electricity or this the lunch time. they have 2 hours of lunch and there's no inverters in this bank to work without electricity.
