Location is very prominent. Bank is always crowded. You have to spend minimum 20 to 30 minutes to withdraw cash by counter. Though you can deposit money directly by counter. If you're in hurry I suggest you to use ATM as it is also integrated in bank. There are no charges for local consumers for ATM. There is also a CDM machine but I recommend you to deposit cash by counter if bank is open as I've seen many cases that notes get stuck in machine though you can get it later but it'll consume your time.
Staff behavior is ok. Deposit slips are easily accessible but there is no facility for ball-pen hence I suggest you to take ball-pen along with you when you visit bank.
AC works fine in this branch but it doesn't work in ATM room.
The main problem with SBI ATMs is that it always lack 100 RS notes. So some times it makes me so frustrating.

Very good bank having long history of More than 200 years. This branch also very old.at the center of the city. With all facilities for customers. So that each customers get satisfaction.

This SBI chow bazaar branch is main branch of surat, located on bank of TAPI central city area beside Muglisara zone. This branch has vast infrastructure, no of employees & intense customers walk ins across Day time. Beside parking space is not enough & hard to find for four wheel

I have Curr Account in this branch since 2016 and over the years I have received fast, convenient services beside little far from home
