Behavior of staff of Loan/credit department of BOB, Station Road Branch, Bharuch are too bad and they are too much arrogant and they think that they are owner of Bank. Credit department staff takes about 30 to 40 minutes to attend a customer eventhough they never resolve a single query.

Full staff very rude and arrogant. No one take interest in our matter. They don't want to understand anything. First time I came in this branch and that is the worst experience of my life.

Hopeless staff work... They dont take public seriously...manager narendrakumar dont talk with public... If u want. Any querry then thay said visit tomorrow .. Today staff is not available
