Its near from kheda police station and there is good service for customers.

Well, it's quite disappointing to be told that their Jeevan Praman system is non-functional, after having travelled 15 mins to reach the branch. Even more galling & suspicious was the fact, that the staff seemed highly interested in redirecting people to a nearby service provider for these services, rather than keeping their system working.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
The bank has no system at all,no particular counter for any service. Staff never explain the Situation only toss a person around one counter to another.if a customer is not familiar with banking stuff the staff do not even explain the process correctly. The staff is sooooo rude.
Worse ever bank with worse customer service ever.

It's a bad sarvice. Not come to this bank. It staf is no understanding the problems.
